SOAP BOX DERBY 2026
August 15, 2026, Wall Street, Nanaimo, will see our next derby take place. A thrilling, family-friendly race where homemade, non-motorized cars zoom downhill, powered by gravity and fueled by creativity and community spirit.
Kids (40 spots in stock division) and Adults/Businesses (20 Open Division) are welcome to race.
This is a fundraising event where all proceeds (2025 amounts being tallied) raised last year) go to the Child Development Centre Nanaimo.
